With more than 39 years in management, I understand what it takes to build a thriving business. My diverse experience, from real estate transactions to collaborating with international organizations, has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of organizational dynamics, including demographic analysis, competitive research, and strategic location selection. In a previous role, I managed 43 retail stores across 17 states, leading and coaching a team of 1,000. I've also overseen up to thirteen offices for Coldwell Banker. Currently, as the Senior Managing Director for the Lower Hudson Valley Regional Office, I leverage my expertise in recruitment, training, and marketing to drive our success.
